Volunteer Social Media Coordinator

to help us grow and engage our online community. This role will support the promotion of our podcast

RJRP :

A Resilient Fire , short video series

Resilience in Action , and other campaigns aligned with our mission. Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule posts across Instagram, Threads, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, BlueSky, and YouTube. Write engaging captions and select visuals that align with RJRP’s voice and values. Work with the podcast/video production to promote new content. Support the creation of simple graphics or coordinate with the graphic designer. Track engagement and suggest content improvements based on analytics. Research and incorporate relevant hashtags and trending content. Attend monthly team check-ins (virtual) and collaborate on campaign calendars. Ideal Candidate Passionate about reproductive justice and storytelling. Familiar with content creation, post scheduling tools, and social media trends. Comfortable writing captions and content for a diverse, women-of-color-centered audience. Organized, reliable, and able to manage a flexible monthly content schedule. Previous social media experience (paid, volunteer, or personal project) is a plus.
