Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers with their needs related to Sherwin-Williams products. Your ability to communicate effectively in Spanish and English will be essential in providing exceptional service, answering questions, and recommending the right solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. This position entails more than just customer interaction; you will be actively engaged in resolving customer concerns promptly while achieving sales goals and keeping yourself updated with product features. Ensuring that the store maintains high quality and visual standards will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time role, and the selected candidate will be expected to work at stores within a 14-mile radius of Store #2262, located at: 1003-A Hwy. 98 Daphne AL 36526. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service to foster high levels of satisfaction. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by identifying their needs and suggesting appropriate products. Build strong, trusting relationships with customers. Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to policies and procedures. Meet and strive to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain organized and precise records of work orders and formulas. Retrieve and prepare products for customer orders as needed. Tint and mix paint products to meet customer specifications. Keep the store organized by stocking shelves and setting up displays. Safely load and unload delivery trucks as required. Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered, effectively discussing options with customers. Follow inventory control procedures diligently. Propose ideas to enhance sales performance. Minimum Requirements: At least 18 years of age. Authorized to work in the country without needing sponsorship. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in both English and Spanish. Valid and unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally with or without accommodation. Availability to work on evenings and weekends as scheduled, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
