Civil Superintendent Central California Infrastructure Megaproject

Were building one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in California historyand we need a Civil Superintendent with the technical chops and leadership presence to drive it forward.
This is not a corporate desk job. This is boots-on-the-ground work across grade separations, viaducts, realignments, utility relocations, and a river crossing that reshapes the region.
What You'll Own
Lead daily civil construction activities across a 30+ mile corridor
Direct subcontractors, labor, logistics, and heavy equipment crews
Ensure all operations meet safety, quality, budget, and schedule expectations
Support project documentation, engineering interpretation, and field coordination
Partner with a team of experienced engineers, PMs, and craft leads
Solve problems fast, manage resources smartly, and keep crews moving efficiently
What We're Looking For
15+ years in civil construction
10+ years as a Superintendent on large-scale public works projects
Experience with $500M+ infrastructure projects
Hands-on knowledge of U.S. construction methods and government work
OSHA and First Aid certified
Familiar with HCSS HeavyBid, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office
High school diploma or GED required
Compensation
Base Salary:
$225,000 $275,000
depending on experience
