The Associate Product Manager is responsible for leading product development, design, and launch strategies that align with our brand and business goals. This role involves managing product lifecycles, collaborating cross-functionally, and ensuring products meet quality, cost, and performance standards. The role includes ownership of product lines or seasonal programs from concept to market. Responsibilities

Own product development strategy for assigned collections or programs. Support the Sr. Product Design Manager in all phases of product development, from ideation to market launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations. Manage multiple project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and progress is communicated to leadership. Assist in developing and executing core and seasonal product collections based on consumer trends. Conduct market research and analyze insights to guide product direction. Test new products with consumer panels, analyze feedback, and refine designs. Implement post-launch reviews and analyze performance data for continuous improvement. Work with senior leadership on product strategies and updates, leveraging market insights. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Product Development, Marketing or Sales, Project Management, and as a Business Analyst. Strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills. Proactive, strategic thinker, detail-oriented, highly organized. Additional Information
