What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Analyze existing processes, systems, and functionality to identify areas for improvement - Create documentation and content to support LMS implementation and internal process understanding - Manage and maintain LMS components, including user accounts and system configuration - Engage with stakeholders to ensure successful system adoption and training - Write and revise standards, procedures, and system documentation
What is Required (Qualifications): - 5+ years of relevant industry experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business analytics/communications - Strong organizational change management and stakeholder engagement skills - Proficiency across the software development life cycle and project development processes - Clear and effective communication skillsboth written and oral
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Previous experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) - Exposure to enterprise training systems and scalable educational platforms - Familiarity with data analysis and writing queries - Experience with writing and executing test plans - Knowledge of business analysis methodologies
