Position Overview: Join Breitling’s dynamic marketing team and play a key role. As Marketing Coordinator, you will support the Senior Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute impactful marketing initiatives. Your mission is to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints—from retail and wholesale environments to events, activations, and media campaigns. Key Responsibilities Events & Activations Collaborate with the Marketing and Retail teams to coordinate in-store events, including setup, execution, and post-event reporting. Provide hands-on support for regional events, managing logistics, product displays, and point-of-sale materials. Assist with travel arrangements and guest coordination for global brand events. Paid Media & Co-Op Advertising Support the execution of paid media campaigns aimed at driving sales, brand awareness, and market growth. Manage the delivery of creative assets to media outlets and retail partners. Assist retailers in developing strategic and optimized co-op advertising plans. Process and track co-op invoices to ensure budget compliance and campaign efficiency. Maintain accurate records of co-op budgets and expenditures. Earned Media & PR Partner with the Marketing team to secure organic media coverage and press placements. Compile monthly reports on earned media performance, including press mentions and social media highlights. Maintain up-to-date media contact lists and editorial calendars. Research and identify opportunities for collaboration with local influencers. Trade Marketing Coordinate the development and distribution of trade marketing materials, including point-of-sale displays, visual merchandising kits, and product training tools. Support the execution of retail campaigns and seasonal promotions across wholesale and boutique networks. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to ensure alignment between marketing strategies and commercial objectives. Maintain inventory of marketing collateral and ensure timely replenishment for retail partners. Administrative Support Assist in planning and monitoring the regional marketing budget. Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth execution of marketing operations. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within a luxury brand or agency setting. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence. Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Solutions-oriented with strong project management capabilities. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Highly organized, proactive, and motivated to contribute to a high-performance team.
