The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a key role in the design and implementation of global compensation programs, including base salary administration, annual cash incentives, and long-term equity plans. This role will also support the Compensation Director by partnering with HR Business Partners and line managers to provide strategic guidance on compensation matters across all areas of the business. The Senior Compensation Analyst will play a key role in the design and implementation of global compensation programs, including base salary administration, annual cash incentives, and long-term equity plans. This role will also support the Compensation Director by partnering with HR Business Partners and line managers to provide strategic guidance on compensation matters across all areas of the business.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic compensation consulting to HR and business leaders. Conduct market analysis and benchmarking to ensure competitive pay practices. Design and maintain salary structures, job classifications, and compensation guidelines. Lead annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity programs. Analyze compensation data to identify trends and support decision-making. Ensure compliance with U.S. and international compensation laws and pay equity standards. Assess and determine FLSA exemption status for U.S. roles. Interpret and apply global remuneration regulations. Develop and deliver training and communication materials on compensation programs.
Knowledge And Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel, Marketpay, and HRIS systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment. High attention to detail and a commitment to data integrity and confidentiality.
