As a

Sr. Software Engineer

at Re:Build, you'll play a key role in building systems from scratch, rapidly prototyping new product concepts, and evolving those into robust, scalable platforms. You will be leveraging existing AI tools such as coding agent to accelerate the development process, and researching and experimenting with emerging technologies to achieve product differentiation. You will evaluate build v.s. buy decisions throughout the system architecture. You will lead the development of scalable software systems that power advanced AI applicationsincluding agentic AI workflows, AI frameworks, and intelligent infrastructure. You are energized by diving deep into technical challenges, experimenting with emerging AI capabilities, and designing high-performance architectures that can scale with the business. You will be working with product leaders, AI researchers, and domain experts to turn product requirements and research discoveries to customer facing prototypes and production grade applications. Rapidly prototype early product concepts, helping teams test hypotheses and iterate based on user feedback. Architect and implement core software systems

that power agentic AI and autonomous workflows, integrating modern AI frameworks and orchestration tools. Build systems that balance

speed of iteration

with long-term

scalability, maintainability, and performance . Define and implement the AI software stackincluding tools for data pipelines, distributed systems, container orchestration, and cloud-native services. Work closely with AI researchers, product managers, and business teams to bring agentic systems from concept to production. Continuously evaluate and integrate

emerging technologies , demonstrating a strong ability to learn, adapt, and ramp up quickly on new tools and paradigms. Lead the

design of scalable MLOps and data infrastructure

to support rapid experimentation, model training, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement. Promote the use of standard methodologies in software engineering, with a focus on code quality, security, observability, CI/CD, and architectural standards. Foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation across the team through mentorship, code reviews, and thought leadership. What you bring to the team

7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong background in system architecture and distributed computing. Highly effective in producing excellent quality code with or without coding agents. Deep understanding of

agentic AI , LLM-based systems, and their orchestration at runtime. Demonstrated ability to

quickly learn and apply new technologies whether open-source libraries, AI frameworks, or cloud-native services. Experience with

end-to-end MLOps pipelines , model versioning, feature stores, and continuous training/deployment workflows. Passion for both

early-stage experimentation

and

long-term system design with a strong product sense and user empathy. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across product, AI, and engineering teams. Prior experience at a startup or innovation lab working on zero-to-one software products is a plus. Locations
