Traditional Headman Leadership and Development . This fellowship is a strategic capacity-building opportunity aligned to SayPro’s mission to foster
inclusive governance, sustainable community advancement, and strong traditional-institutional partnerships.
Fellows will directly support and contribute to over
60 strategic domains
related to traditional governance and municipal integration. Core Responsibilities
Fellows will support and participate in the following
Strategic Partnership Portfolios : Quarterly & Monthly Traditional Headman Engagements Communications, Customer Relations & Council Support Human Resources & Legal Services Collaboration Knowledge Management, ICT, and Digital Governance Performance Management & Data Science Projects Urban Management, Housing, and Infrastructure Programmes Sustainable Energy, Water, Climate Change, and Environmental Stewardship Social Development, ECD, and Recreational Projects Disaster Risk Reduction & Emergency Preparedness Education, Executive Development & Leadership Training Citizen Engagement, Public Safety, and Community Events Ideal Candidate
We are seeking individuals who: Identify as persons with disabilities Have a passion for
traditional leadership systems , public service, and rural development Hold a background or interest in
public administration, urban planning, data systems, community work, or development studies Possess strong communication, teamwork, and research skills Are willing to
contribute actively
to diverse programmes across strategic portfolios Fellowship Benefits

in traditional and municipal partnerships Direct engagement with
traditional leaders , policy makers, and service delivery units Access to SayPro’s
