Our client, a leading investment bank is seeking a Travel & Expense (T&E) Analyst to join their team on a long-term consulting basis. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic finance environment while working mostly remotely. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Concur, strong attention to detail, and a background in financial services or corporate accounting. The role requires the individual to go to the Stamford, Jersey City, or New York office once or twice a month. Responsibilities: Review and process employee expense reports using Concur Apply appropriate coding and ensure compliance with internal policies Resolve discrepancies and follow up with employees as needed Support monthly close activities related to T&E Assist with internal and external audits, providing supporting documentation Maintain and improve T&E reporting and tracking processes Collaborate with AP, finance, and compliance teams Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in T&E processing, ideally in a financial services or corporate environment Proficient in Concur and Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) Strong understanding of accounting codes and expense categorization Highly organized and able to manage high volumes with accuracy Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Seniority level
