Server Assistant
position involves: Ensuring the guest dining experience is enjoyable, well-timed, and pleasant. Providing a professional and inviting attitude when interacting with guests and employees. Helping guests select menu items by thoroughly explaining the food and bar menus; recommending cocktails, suggesting courses, explaining chefs features, and identifying wines in accordance with Perrys food and beverage training. Answering all food and beverage preparation questions thoroughly. Informing managers of any special accommodations, such as food allergies, before reporting to the kitchen. Maintaining the cleanliness of tables and the dining area around guests, and completing opening, running, and closing side work related to the job duties. Qualifications
