As a Call Center Agent at RK Chevrolet, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have. Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and providing accurate information
Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or provide updates
Assist customers in resolving any issues or complaints
Enter and update customer information in the database
Keep records of calls and transactions in a detailed and organized manner
Schedule Appointments
Requirements:
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in using computer systems and customer support software
