As an Admissions Assistant, you will play a vital role in welcoming new residents and supporting the admissions process from start to finish. You'll work closely with our nursing, administrative, and social services teams to ensure a smooth transition for residents and their families. Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and process new resident admissions Communicate with hospitals, families, and referral sources Maintain accurate and up-to-date records Provide support and information to residents and families during the intake process Assist with tours and general inquiries Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support residents' needs Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous admissions, administrative, or healthcare experience preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Compassionate and professional demeanor Proficient in basic computer use and documentation Benefits Include
