We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead and support key customer programs across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions. This is a critical role that bridges internal teams and our valued clients to ensure outstanding delivery, performance, and service. As the primary liaison between our company and assigned customers, you'll manage program timelines, drive cross-functional collaboration, and champion the voice of the customerensuring we meet or exceed expectations in quality, cost, and delivery. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned customers, fostering strong relationships with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams. Manage master schedules for customer programs; coordinate internal resources to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with internal teams to develop pricing, service, and delivery strategies that align with customer needs. Act as a program spokesperson internally and externally, ensuring clear communication and accountability across all levels. Conduct regular trend and market analysis; provide strategic recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. Support product development by reviewing new and modified products alongside engineering to ensure compliance with customer standards. Lead periodic quality, cost, and design reviews with customers, maintaining alignment with their expectations and company standards. Perform ad hoc assignments as needed while maintaining a high level of professionalism and cross-functional collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field required Master's Degree preferred Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in program management, account management, or a related customer-facing role Proven track record in customer relationship management and cross-functional leadership Strong analytical and technical skills with a solid understanding of business operations Familiarity with administrative functions such as budgeting, HR, and procurement Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple complex programs in a fast-paced environment Ideal Candidate Traits: Highly organized and detail-oriented Confident communicator and skilled negotiator Strategic thinker with a proactive problem-solving mindset Comfortable working across various departments and customer tiers Ready to make an impact?
