Hiring Department: Waggoner Center for Alcohol and Addiction Research Position Open To: All Applicants Weekly Scheduled Hours: 10 FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Earliest Start Date: Immediately Position Duration: Expected to Continue Until Aug 31, 2026 Location: UT Main Campus Responsibilities: Duties include but are not limited to: data entry, updating/maintaining filing systems, office/lab supply ordering, inventory management, processing vouchers, assisting with billing and account reconciliation, editing written communications, photo editing, errands; other related tasks for the Waggoner Center for Alcohol & Addiction Research, as assigned. Required Qualifications: Strong communication skills, demonstrated attention to detail in a working environment, working knowledge of standard office machines including computers, printer and scanner; familiarity with UT campus. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred Qualifications: Six months of general administrative experience. Salary Range: $15.00 per hour Working Conditions: May work around standard office conditions Repetitive use of a keyboard at a workstation May have to walk up and down stairs Work performed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM). Future semesters may or may not involve remote work.
