People & Culture Intern
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented People & Culture Intern to join our HR team (summer or fall 2025). This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects that shape our employee experience, talent strategy, and operational excellence. The intern will gain exposure to multiple facets of Human Resources, including data analysis, employer branding, talent positioning, and HR process documentation. This will be on-site at our Hudson Yards office. Key Projects & Responsibilities People Insights Project
Conduct research on HR analytics best practices and benchmarking Design and implement employee surveys aligned to the overall strategy in collaboration with various stakeholders, including HRIS, Recruitment, and HR. Support the analysis of employee data to identify workforce trends and engagement drivers Assist in building presentations and dashboards for key stakeholders Build action plan to roll out improvements identified through the surveys
Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Assist in refining our EVP messaging through competitive research and employee feedback Support the creation of internal and external EVP materials (e.g., social content, candidate decks) Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to align EVP with brand voice
Secondary Job Positioning & SOP Development
Collaborate with Project Cascade team (Comp, HRIS, Legal, Finance) to research & propose a plan and guidelines for secondary jobs Conduct research and benchmarks (internally and externally) on secondary jobs Assist in drafting and revising standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance HR process clarity and consistency
General HR Support
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions across HR functions Assist with ad hoc projects in areas such as Talent Management, DEI, Learning & Development, and Internal Communications Provide administrative support where needed to ensure project momentum
