Compensation: $18.20/hr Worksite Location: Varies Overview / Job Summary: We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Intern in People and Culture who is eager to learn about human resources practices and gain practical experience in a supportive environment. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for students or recent graduates to apply their academic knowledge in real-world scenarios while contributing to a positive organizational culture. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Help post jobs, screen resumes, and schedule interviews Assist in onboarding, orientation, and creating welcome kits Support employee engagement and culture initiatives Events and recruitment outreach Collaborate on special projects with the People & Culture team This internship will equip you with valuable skills and knowledge that can propel your career in human resources and organizational development.
