This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and organizational culture. You'll support a wide range of people operations including recruitment, associate engagement, training programs, and culture initiativesall while contributing to a collaborative and supportive workplace. Learning & Development Help refine career and learning paths for associates Maintain and build internal-use websites for training access Organize training sessions and track participation/feedback Talent Acquisition Support ATS implementation and training Assist with career fairs, job postings, and recruitment resources Human Resources Address associate inquiries and maintain HR documentation Enhance onboarding processes Culture & Engagement Support cultural initiatives aligned with company values Special Projects Contribute to cross-functional projects and research initiatives Prepare reports and assist with ad-hoc team priorities Required Qualifications: Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related field Strong organizational and project management skills Interest in people operations, HR, and organizational culture Excellent communication and analytical skills Detail-oriented and collaborative
