Resolve product or service problems by identifying the root cause and selecting the best solution. Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide informed assistance. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments or supervisors in a timely manner. Provide feedback to management regarding customer inquiries and suggest potential improvements. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Proficiency with customer service software, databases, and tools. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
