We are looking for a Full-Desk Recruiter to join our team! This role combines business development (sales) with hands-on recruiting. You will build relationships with clients, source candidates, and oversee the full hiring process. Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new business opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand hiring needs. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements. Meet or exceed sales and placement goals. Recruiting & Candidate Management
Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions. Match candidates with job opportunities based on skills and experience. Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. Manage the hiring process, including offer negotiation and onboarding. Relationship Management & Networking
Maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings. Stay up to date on market trends and hiring needs in. Qualifications
1-3+ years of experience in staffing, sales, or recruiting. Strong sales mindset with the ability to close deals. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). What We Offer
