We're seeking a

Residential Staffing Coordinator

to support our Residential Services team with scheduling, coordination, and technical/clerical support - and to step in where needed to keep operations running smoothly. You'll be a key problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment.

This role is a blend of administrative excellence and direct service impact - ideal for someone who loves organization, communication, and being part of a mission-driven team. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily and long-term staffing coverage for residential homes Communicate scheduling changes with clarity and urgency Provide administrative and clerical support to supervisors and managers Step in to provide

direct care

in residential programs as needed Support a person-centered approach in all aspects of scheduling and care Assist in crisis coverage planning, ensuring safety and support for persons served Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation What You Need to Bring

High School Diploma or GED Minimum of two (2) years of clerical/administrative experience required Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an Adult Residential setting preferred At least

two years of licensed driving experience

with a good driving record; must be capable of safely transporting persons served Physically able to

lift and transfer at least 50 pounds

and implement proper restraint techniques to ensure safety Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite
