Candidates for the CEO position at the company should have a minimum of 7-10 years' progressive leadership experience, preferably in a private member-owned country club or a similar dynamic, large-scale setting. The role requires a leader with a strong history of success in food and beverage operations, including recruitment, training, and service culture development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, well-networked leader, with a strong record of selecting and developing talent in senior leadership roles. Educational qualifications include a preferred bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, with industry certifications being encouraged.
