About the Role As a Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for the total omni customer experience in your store, ensuring high visual and commercial standards according to the store format and strategies. You will lead the full store team to excel, creating an inclusive, collaborative, and entrepreneurial culture. You will analyze sales data, follow up on performance, and develop plans to optimize results and profits. A Day in the Life Working at H&M means no two days are the same. Typical responsibilities include: Customer Sales & Profit:
Managing the omni customer experience, visual presentation, and commercial standards; representing the brand positively; analyzing sales and creating plans; ensuring customer service and promoting loyalty programs and sustainability initiatives; managing store routines and maintenance; maintaining competitor awareness. Fashion & Trend Awareness:
Staying updated on fashion trends, styles, and competitors; providing product knowledge; understanding the local market and customer preferences. Team & Development:
Talent management, recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance evaluations, and team scheduling; fostering communication and professionalism; ensuring procedures and legal requirements are followed; participating in training and development programs. Retail Operations & Visual Execution:
Maintaining store cleanliness and presentation; managing stock levels and store routines; supporting with daily opening and closing; ensuring proper product cycle and in-store tech utilization; maintaining price signs and safety standards. Qualifications Who You Are Strong leadership skills with responsibility for others. Confident in coaching, development, communication, and analytical skills.
