Overview: We're seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Office, Financial and HR Manager in a fast-paced, team-driven construction office. This is a hands-on role that involves a wide variety of administrative and organizational tasks-ideal for someone who thrives on staying organized, supporting others, and building long-term stability within a company. If you enjoy solving problems, managing details, and keeping operations running smoothly, this role is a great fit. What You'll Do: Support day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks Help process and organize time-sensitive information related to invoices, reporting and vendor communications with exposure to employee data Provide general clerical support, filing, and digital recordkeeping Follow through on delegated tasks and deadlines without close supervision Maintain deadlines, support internal communications Serve as backup contact for phone calls and general inquiries Provide support to Project Managers as needed Work with vendors, customers, and internal team in a professional, respectful manner Handle highly sensitive employee and company data with discretion Who You Are: Organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Strong written and verbal communication skills-bilingual helpful Discreet and trustworthy-you'll be handling sensitive company and employee information Must be comfortable signing a confidentiality agreement (NDA) Tech-comfortable-you'll be working with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, digital folders, and web-based systems Requirements: Prior successful experience in an administrative, clerical, or office support role (3+ years preferred) High level of discretion and willingness to sign a confidentiality agreement Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and collaboratively Strong computer skills--Microsoft Office (SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, Word), and comfort learning new systems Excellent organizational and multitasking ability Clear written and verbal communication skills High school diploma or equivalent required Ideal for someone looking to build long-term stability in a strong support role What We Offer: Competitive pay range based on experience Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility over time Stable, full-time position with supportive leadership Compensation &
