Position Overview
A contract opportunity is available for a
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
to provide high-quality behavioral health care in a secure clinical environment in Corcoran, CA. This full-time role offers the potential for contract extension or transition to a permanent state position with comprehensive benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as clinician-of-the-day during scheduled workdays for emergency mental health needs Conduct detailed psychosocial assessments and gather comprehensive health histories Identify and document patient needs, diagnoses, and treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions using advanced clinical skills and specialty knowledge Maintain accurate and timely patient records and ensure documentation is compliant Follow up on patient calls and manage care coordination, including referrals Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including physicians, psychiatrists, and support teams, to provide integrated care Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 12 months of direct patient care experience within the last 3 years Licensure:
Active California LCSW license (hard copy required) BLS Certification:
Current Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association Identification:
Valid photo ID, Drivers License, or Passport Benefits
