As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:

  • Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
  • Assist customers both in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable products and services.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
  • Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
  • Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
  • Prepare products according to customer specifications, including tinting and mixing.
  • Keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of store equipment.
  • Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading delivery trucks as necessary.
  • Educate yourself on our products and stay updated on available options.
  • Adhere to inventory control procedures.
  • Contribute ideas to enhance sales performance.

This position requires working at Store #5328, located at: 1521 Post Rd, Wells, ME 04090 & 544 Main St Springvale ME.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
  • Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
