As a Customer Service Specialist, you will:
- Enhance customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
- Assist customers both in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and suggesting suitable products and services.
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with customers.
- Accurately process sales transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintain organized work order files and product formulas.
- Prepare products according to customer specifications, including tinting and mixing.
- Keep the store well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Ensure the cleanliness and functionality of store equipment.
- Assist with deliveries and loading/unloading delivery trucks as necessary.
- Educate yourself on our products and stay updated on available options.
- Adhere to inventory control procedures.
- Contribute ideas to enhance sales performance.
This position requires working at Store #5328, located at: 1521 Post Rd, Wells, ME 04090 & 544 Main St Springvale ME.

Minimum Requirements:
- 18 years of age or older.
- Legally authorized to work in the country without sponsorship.
- Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
- Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
- Willingness to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED.
- Minimum one year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Experience selling paint and paint-related products.
- Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
