Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Specialist, a crucial role in ensuring the success of our retail operations. In this position, you will have the opportunity to engage with both wholesale and retail customers, helping them identify their needs, answering questions about Sherwin-Williams products, and providing tailored recommendations. Your expertise will play a significant role in resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring satisfaction.
Located at: 3024 S Grand Blvd. Spokane, WA 99203, this is a FULL TIME position with a starting pay of $17.50 per hour. You will be expected to work within 15 miles of this store location.

Key Responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional customer service to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Assisting customers in person and over the phone, determining needs and suggesting appropriate products.
Building productive relationships with customers.
Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with our policies.
Meeting sales goals consistently.
Maintaining detailed work order files and formulas.
Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
Maintaining a well-stocked and visually appealing sales area.
Complying with inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements for sales.
Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legal authorization to work in the country without sponsorship.
A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in retail or customer service.
Experience selling paint and related products.
Experience with tinting and mixing equipment.
Ability to communicate in multiple languages, particularly Spanish.
