Fleet Mechanic & Warehouse CoordinatorWarehouse Location: ServPro of Allentown / Scranton Areas
Pay: $25$30/hour (based on experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time

ServPro of Scranton is looking for a highly motivated Fleet Mechanic who takes pride in their work and enjoys keeping things running smoothly from fleet vehicles to restoration equipment to our day-to-day warehouse operations.
What Youll Do:
n

    n
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on company fleet vehicles (vans, trucks, etc.)
    • n
  • Diagnose and fix mechanical issues on equipment like dehumidifiers, air movers, generators, and more
    • n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse
    • n
  • Track maintenance schedules and ensure compliance and safety standards are met
    • n
  • Work with management to prioritize urgent repairs and stay ahead of vehicle downtime
    • n
  • Assist with equipment cleaning, general shop upkeep, and supporting the production crew when needed
    • n
n


What Were Looking For:
n

    n
  • Proven experience as a mechanic, technician, or maintenance specialist (fleet experience a plus)
    • n
  • Solid understanding of vehicle systems, diagnostic tools, and repair procedures
    • n
  • Ability to prioritize, stay organized, and manage multiple tasks efficiently
    • n
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to team success
    • n
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
    • n
n
