Description
Provide exceptional technology support services to staff and clients.
Log IT interactions into a ticketing system for tracking and reporting.
Travel to various branch office locations as required.
Act as the first point of contact for all local technology issues.
Conduct basic troubleshooting for network, hardware, and software issues.
Offer IT and AV training to employees as needed.
Assist with the setup and operation of AV equipment for events.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver technology support services adhering to predefined methodologies and standards.
Log all IT engagements into a ticketing system for data reporting.
Serve as the first line of support for local employees' technology issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting for network, hardware, software, and AV equipment.
Provide IT/AV training and support for events like town halls and meetings.
Resolve technical issues and update users on progress and resolutions.
Assist with onboarding new employees and setting up their technology access.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years' experience in an end user facing IT support role.
Ability to travel to the corporate office as needed using personal transportation.
Experience with both MacOS and Windows OS.
Proven ability to handle challenging, rapid-response user support scenarios.
Excellent client-facing, presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
