Office & Administrative Coordinator (Hybrid | Bellevue & Seattle)
Length: 6+ Month Contract

Are you a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, high-end environment? We're looking for a reliable and polished Sr. Administrative Assistant to support our growing team with a blend of operational, creative, and client-facing responsibilities.
Core Responsibilities
  • Office Supply Management: Oversee ordering, stocking, and inventory of office supplies.
  • Transaction & Accounting Support: Assist with transaction submissions and basic bookkeeping.
  • Software Proficiency: Confident using Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, and Canva.
  • Social Media Support: Help post content and engage across platforms.
  • Event Coordination: Support planning and logistics for small-scale events.
Work Schedule & Compensation
  • Hours: 40 hours/week (flexible based on candidate availability).
  • Compensation: $26/hour - $34/hour - 5+ years of Sr. Administrative experience required
  • Location: Hybrid (in-office presence required as needed in Bellevue and Seattle)
  • Attention to Detail: Especially important for audits and financial accuracy.
  • Reliability & Discretion: Must handle sensitive information with care.
  • Industry Familiarity: Real estate experience is a plus. (Not required)
  • Professionalism: Polished, presentable, and client ready.
  • Self-Starter: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Parking: Provided.
Training & Onboarding
  • Expect a hands-on, mentorship-style onboarding experience.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $34.00 per hour
