Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish)

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at Sherwin-Williams, where you will play a vital role in assisting both wholesale and retail customers! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who can identify customer needs, answer questions about our innovative products, and recommend tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Engaging with customers both in-person and over the phone to ascertain their needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Building and maintaining trustworthy relationships with our wholesale and retail client base. Accurately processing sales transactions in line with policies and procedures. Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining organized work order files and precise formulas. Retrieving products from sales floor or warehouse efficiently. Tinting and mixing paint products to meet customer specifications. Stocking shelves, setting up attractive displays, and keeping the store organized and visually appealing. Cleaning store equipment and assisting with delivery logistics as needed. Staying informed on current product offerings to provide comprehensive options. Following inventory control procedures and suggesting improvements to boost sales. Location: You will be required to work at stores within a 5-10 mile radius of store #3777, located at 608 2nd St. Pike, Southampton, NJ 18966. To qualify for this exciting opportunity: You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship. You should be fluent in both English and Spanish, able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate effectively in both languages. A valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required. You should be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. You must be flexible and willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED is desirable. At least one (1) year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role is preferred. Experience in selling paint and paint-related products will be beneficial.
