QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or GED. Working knowledge of basic office procedures and the operation of common office equipment. Computer skills. Ability to operate forklift. Current Oklahoma Drivers License. Must pass a National Criminal History Record Check. Demonstrates adequate public relation skills. Must possess positive personal assets: General Appearance Personality Courtesy Punctuality Loyalty Diplomacy and Tact

REPORTS TO: Building Administrators, Assistant Superintendents, Superintendent

DUTIES:

Greet all visitors to the warehouse in a friendly, helpful, courteous manner. Maintain warehouse. Inventory Receive warehouse supply orders Process warehouse requests as they come in Deliver warehouse supplies per requests Receive commodity shipments Deliver commodity orders per requests Maintain commodity warehouse freezer

Mail. Picks up and receives, sorts, and delivers all central office incoming mail from the U.S. Post Office Receives all outgoing central office mail daily and delivers mail to the U.S. Post Office Receives and delivers inter-school mail Receives and distributes to appropriate sites shipments from truckers and delivery services

Activity Fund and Cafeteria Deposits. Pick up bank deposits at each site and deliver to the bank on a daily basis

Computer Data Entry Operator. Maintain working knowledge of computer terminal/printer Word processing software Spreadsheet software

Building Maintenance. General custodial upkeep

Remain calm and in control during any difficult situation.

OTHER DUTIES:

Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as the Assistant Superintendents or Superintendent may assign from time to time.

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to the public and other employees of the organization.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:

Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money.

REASONING ABILITY:

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Ability to cooperate in a team effort with other employees.

Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Support personnel.
