The Partners Alliance
is searching for the right candidate to fill a
newly created Casting Director
position with a leading aluminum producer. This high-impact role will oversee
two cast houses , including the retrofit of an existing caster—transitioning from automotive to aerospace applications—while driving production of
advanced aluminum/lithium alloys . Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, the Casting Director will be responsible for leading the ingot and lithium departments with a strong focus on
safety, quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery . The company offers a
competitive compensation package
