Territory Manager

to lead a sales team across the

New England

region—including

Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, Long Island, and New Jersey .

This remote role requires up to 75% travel, and candidates must reside within the assigned territory. The volume of overnight travel is dependent on where you live.

What You’ll Do

Own and grow your territory, driving new business and maintaining key relationships. Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team. Develop long-term partnerships with distributors, OEMs, and end users. Strategically plan and execute face-to-face customer visits. Manage top-tier accounts and build a target account plan. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal departments to close deals and support customers. Keep accurate CRM and account records.

What You Bring

3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally with capital or industrial equipment. Industry knowledge in food processing, chemical, pharma, or aerospace is a plus mechanical or technical aptitude is key. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business preferred (equivalent experience considered). Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Job Requirements

Must reside in the territory and hold a valid driver’s license. Able to pass a 9-panel drug screen and 7-year background check. Willing to use required PPE and maintain company vehicle/equipment.
