Job Summary
As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in the planning and execution of a variety of events, from corporate meetings to weddings, ensuring that every detail is meticulously handled. You will collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, managing all aspects of the event from conception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and needs Manage budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, and transportation Supervise on-site event activities and ensure everything runs smoothly Develop and implement event marketing and promotional strategies
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, event management, or related field Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Proficient in using event management software and tools
