Job Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with TikTok creators/influencers who partner with our brand.
Manage day-to-day communication and engagement across our influencer community.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new content creators aligned with our brand values and audience.
Organize and coordinate offline meet-ups, creator events, and product seeding campaigns.
Monitor social trends and emerging content formats to guide creator collaborations.
Provide feedback and content suggestions to influencers to maximize impact and brand visibility.
Track performance metrics and generate reports on campaign ROI and influencer activity.
Serve as a cultural ambassador to ensure brand voice and influencer partnerships resonate with the U.S. market.
Qualifications
Native English speaker or fully fluent (Grew up in the U.S. preferred).
Deep understanding of U.S. culture, trends, and the creator economy.
1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator relations, or community management preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in reaching out and building rapport.
Passionate about TikTok and social media, trend-sensitive and digitally savvy.
Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple relationships at once.
Experience with planning or executing offline events is a strong plus.
