$2,500.00 JOB SUMMARY Join our team as a CDL Driver, where you will be pivotal in delivering and picking up containers to and from customer locations. Your role will focus on ensuring safe, efficient, and incident-free deliveries while building strong relationships with customers. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Operate a commercial truck equipped with a patented lift mechanism for loading and unloading containers in a safe manner, adhering strictly to all safety guidelines. Conduct and document daily pre and post trip inspections of the commercial vehicle and lift. Accommodate add-on deliveries as necessary to support business needs. Utilize a company handheld computer for delivery verification and navigation. Operate a forklift and/or an overhead crane as required. Clean and inspect containers to ensure they are in excellent condition for customer delivery. Coordinate rental paperwork and payment processes with customers. Communicate effectively with the Driver Lead or Market Manager regarding customer inquiries or issues; prepare driver notes as needed. Perform maintenance and repairs on containers and lifts both in the field and at the storage center. Assist with storage center functions when necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization within the truck cab. Carry out additional duties as assigned. MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES You will typically report to the Management, with direct supervisors including the Market Manager and Territory Manager. This position does not have direct reports or responsibilities related to hiring, termination, or performance management. Pay Range:

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education & Experience Requirements High School diploma or equivalent. Must possess a valid CDL Class B License with no air brake restriction. Maintain a current, valid driver’s license. Meet PODS Driver Qualification Standards. Must be at least 21 years of age (insurance requirement). Hold a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate or have the ability to obtain a minimum of a 1-year certification (DOT requirement). Hands-on experience with electronic equipment and software is preferred. Possess math skills sufficient for performing required duties. Alternatively, possess an equivalent combination of education, training, or experience. Ability to participate in a mandatory 2-week New Hire Driver Training Program.
