Join our team as a Wholesale Product Specialist, where you'll play a vital role in assisting commercial paint customers with their needs. Your expertise in Sherwin-Williams products will help you recommend the right solutions, while your commitment to exceptional customer service will ensure client satisfaction. This full-time position is at Store #3525, located at 78 Minnesota Ave, St Paul 55117.
In this role, you will:
Deliver outstanding customer service to build long-lasting relationships with wholesale clients.
Respond to inquiries and guide customers through product selection, both in-person and over the phone.
Process transactions accurately, adhering to company policies and standards.
Meet and strive to exceed sales goals consistently.
Maintain accurate work orders and product formulas.
Assist in stocking and organizing store displays, ensuring the store is clean and presentable.
Load and unload delivery trucks as needed.
Tint and mix products according to customer specifications.
Stay knowledgeable about product features and improvements to better serve our customers.
Support inventory control procedures and suggest sales improvement strategies.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
Valid, unrestricted Driver's License is required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. on occasion.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED.
At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role.
Experience selling paint or operating tinting and mixing equipment is a plus.
Ability to communicate in Spanish is highly desirable.
