Wholesale Product Specialist

You'll also need to stay informed about product features and uphold the high quality and visual standards of our offerings. As a key player in our team, you will strive for exceptional customer service while meeting our sales goals. Your responsibilities will include: Providing top-notch customer satisfaction through outstanding sales service Assisting customers face-to-face and over the phone by determining their needs and presenting suitable products and services Building and maintaining trusting relationships with wholesale customers Accurately processing sales transactions in accordance with policies Meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals Maintaining organized work order files and formulas Selecting products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed Tinting and mixing products according to customer specifications Stocking shelves and setting up displays Cleaning store equipment to ensure a pristine environment Assisting with loading/unloading delivery trucks when necessary Maintaining an orderly and presentable condition in assigned areas Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and discussing available options with customers Complying with inventory control procedures Proposing ideas for improving sales performance This position is eligible for health benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and more. The individual selected for this role will work full-time at Store #3886, located at: 118 N. Larkin Ave Joliet, IL 60435. The pay starts at $18.75 per hour. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service Experience selling paint or paint-related products Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment Ability to communicate in more than one language, preferably Spanish
