Join our dynamic team as a Wholesale Product Specialist where you'll play a vital role in helping our commercial paint customers find the perfect products for their needs. In this position, you will engage directly with customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any concerns to ensure a premium level of satisfaction with our Sherwin-Williams products. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining high quality and visual standards in the store. You will strive to meet our sales goals while providing excellent customer service and keeping up with the latest product features. This position is based at Store #5230, located at 14310 Sullyfield Circle #50 Chantilly VA 20151. You may also be required to assist in surrounding stores within a 5-mile radius. Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction levels. Assist customers both in-person and over the phone by assessing their needs and presenting suitable products. Build and maintain productive relationships with wholesale customers. Accurately process sales transactions according to company policies. Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Pull products from the sales floor or warehouse as needed. Tint and mix products to meet customer specifications. Stock shelves and create visually appealing displays. Ensure cleanliness of store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks. Help with deliveries, as necessary. Maintain assigned areas in an organized and attractive condition. Stay knowledgeable about current products and provide informed recommendations. Comply with inventory control procedures. Propose ideas to enhance sales effectiveness. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring visa sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs occasionally. Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If currently employed at Sherwin-Williams, a performance appraisal rating of at least meets expectations is required. Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma or GED. One (1) year experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in multiple languages. Proficient in Spanish.
