Founded in 2005, ASun Star provides services to individuals (adolescent, adult) and families within our facility and in their homes, schools, and communities. We utilize a strength-based approach and are dedicated to helping our families succeed within their respective communities. Our goal is to help each individual become their biggest star by striving towards their fullest potential and achieving their personal goals. We specialize in working with at-risk families and individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our facility offers outpatient services for individuals with Mental Health and SUD diagnoses.
Main Responsibilities:
Oversee administrative and direct service staff connected to assigned programs (e.g., mental health, SUD, services for individuals with disabilities).
Manage clinical treatment and programmatic needs, including documentation of compliance and operational flow of clinical services.
Ensure agency compliance with all federal, state, county, and city regulations, program requirements, and accreditation standards.
Assist with accreditation processes and ensure operationalization of clinical policies and procedures to meet standards as directed by the Director of Operations & Compliance and/or CEO.
Coordinate obtaining prior authorizations and complete necessary paperwork with clinical staff.
Provide supervision to staff and document supervision activities and records.
Applicants must have experience managing a Medicare/Medicaid service-providing facility.
Requirements:
Masters degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution.
At least three years of experience in substance abuse treatment, including two years of supervisory experience.
Two years of experience supporting persons with disabilities.
Active New Jersey LCADC license and LPC/LCSW credentials.
