We are seeking a dedicated and professional
Client Relationship Representative
to join our team in Miami, FL. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and supporting long-term partnerships. This position is ideal for someone who excels in communication, problem-solving, and customer care.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and support Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure project goals are met Address client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Track client feedback and identify opportunities to improve services Assist with account management, documentation, and contract renewals Provide updates to management on client satisfaction and retention metrics

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred Proven experience in customer service, account management, or client relations Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
