Own the prescreen channel, managing campaign lifecycle, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement. Lead strategy and execution of prescreen direct mail campaigns to drive loan originations. Collaborate with Sales, Risk, Finance, Product, and Analytics teams for campaign success. Manage segmentation, targeting, and list management to maximize ROI. Apply testing methodologies and analyze results for optimization. Integrate campaigns within a broader omnichannel strategy. Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering ownership and collaboration. Ensure compliance and legal alignment in campaigns. Qualifications
5+ years in prescreen, direct mail marketing within consumer lending, with strategic, data-driven test plan development. Experience in fintech or financial services industry. Proven track record in campaign strategy, execution, and team management. Vendor relationship management experience. Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance data. Cross-functional collaboration skills. Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Understanding of credit data and prescreen processes. Experience working with Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams. Bonus: Creative asset development, familiarity with HubSpot, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
