Join our team as a Wholesale Product Specialist, where you'll work closely with commercial paint customers to understand their needs, answer inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the best solutions. Your role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction while keeping up with product features and maintaining high quality and visual standards of the store. As a Wholesale Product Specialist, your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure maximum client satisfaction. Resolving customer concerns promptly and effectively. Assisting customers both in-person and over the phone to determine their needs and present suitable products and services. Building strong, trust-based relationships with wholesale customers. Accurate processing of sales transactions in line with company policies. Meeting and exceeding sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Maintaining organized work order files and records. Retrieving products from the sales floor or warehouse and customizing products as needed. Stocking shelves and setting up eye-catching displays. Keeping store equipment clean and operational. Loading and unloading delivery trucks and assisting with deliveries as necessary. Ensuring assigned areas are well-stocked and presentable. Staying knowledgeable about product offerings and available options. Adhering to inventory control procedures. Providing suggestions to enhance sales. To excel in this role, you must: Be at least 18 years old. Have legal authorization to work in the country without requiring sponsorship. Possess a valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Be able to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs frequently and 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodation. Be willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodation. Preferably, you have: A high school diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in a delivery, retail, or customer service role. Prior experience selling paint and paint-related products. Experience using tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, including Spanish. The selected candidate will work in stores within a 30-mile radius of store # 704316, located at: 53 Teed Drive, Randolph, MA 02368.
