As a Wholesale Product Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns swiftly, and maintaining the highest quality and visual standards of our products and store. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience. Interacting with customers both in-person and over the phone to assess their needs and recommend suitable products and services. Building strong, trust-based relationships with wholesale clients. Accurately processing sales transactions following company policies. Meeting and striving to exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Keeping thorough work order files and formulas for efficient management. Selecting and preparing products from the sales floor or warehouse as necessary. Utilizing tinting and mixing equipment to meet customer specifications. Maintaining clean and organized store equipment and areas. Assisting with deliveries when required. Remaining knowledgeable about product offerings and sharing options with customers. Ensuring compliance with inventory controls and suggesting improvements for sales strategies. Here are the qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Authorization to work in the country without the need for visa sponsorship. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation. Availability to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If you are a Sherwin-Williams employee, you must have met performance expectations in your latest appraisal. Completion of mandatory HR Cloud eLearning courses is required if you are currently employed by Sherwin-Williams. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. High School diploma or GED is a plus. Minimum one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Prior experience in selling paint products is preferred. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment is advantageous. Fluency in more than one language is beneficial. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is highly valued.
