Associate Project Manager

to support our

Implementation and Operations

team in the

Desert Southwest District . The role involves managing aspects of

fiber and wireless network deployments , supporting construction and permitting processes, and working with both internal teams and external vendors. This is a

hybrid position

requiring on-site presence in the Phoenix office

Tuesdays through Thursdays . Occasional local travel (under 5%) may be required. Mileage and cell phone expenses are reimbursable. Top Skills Required: Project Management Organizational Skills Communication (verbal & written) Key Responsibilities: Support project management for wireless/fiber deployment projects from initiation to closeout Coordinate activities related to

site acquisition ,

zoning ,

permitting ,

construction , and

lease management Track and forecast key milestones using internal project management tools Manage and coordinate documentation including permits, soil samples, regulatory approvals, and structural analyses Participate in deployment meetings and support communication with internal teams and carriers Monitor budgets, financial metrics, and assist in identifying solutions to project-related issues Handle

vendor management , utility coordination, and material tracking as needed Address design changes, site limitations, or space requirements proactively Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in project management (telecom/wireless preferred) CAPM or PMP certification preferred Strong knowledge of

telecommunications infrastructure

including

towers ,

antennas ,

fiber ,

power , and

basic construction Familiarity with site acquisition procedures and permitting regulations Ability to read blueprints and understand structural/rooftop designs Strong problem-solving, time management, and organizational skills Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities Additional Information: Travel:

Local (less than 5%) Environment:

95% office-based, occasional field visits with exposure to construction conditions Tools:

Familiarity with project management software, financial tracking tools, and documentation systems
