Senior Analyst, Customer Insights

to join its team in Miami. Your Mission: Act as the voice of the consumer by leading research initiatives that guide product development and menu strategy. You’ll manage qualitative and quantitative studies (concept testing, taste tests, in-market research, etc.), work closely with cross-functional teams, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders. What We’re Looking For: 2–3 years’ experience in consumer or market research Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills Curious, collaborative, and proactive mindset Foodservice or sensory testing experience is a plus Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or related) Fluency in English Join a company where data meets creativity, and insights drive real-world impact.
