Base pay range
$75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from The Bolton Group • Manage full-cycle legal billing—you’ll own the process from start to finish • Serve as a key point of contact for firm partners—responding to emails and calls promptly • Operate independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of legal billing experience in a mid-to-large law firm • Experience with Aderant (or similar billing systems like Elite) • Strong Excel skills are essential • Professional, polished communication skills with a client-service mindset • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting • Strong training and support to help you hit the ground running • After onboarding, you’re empowered to take ownership and run your desk • Supportive leadership that guides without micromanaging Seniority level
