With their products marketed in over 70 countries, they are a premier manufacturer right here in Massachusetts!Job DescriptionThe Manufacturing Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.Support new product introductions and equipment upgrades.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, maintenance, and quality to resolve technical issues.Develop work instructions, process documentation, and standard operating procedures.Analyze production data and apply lean manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, root cause analysis, etc.).Identify and implement cost-saving and productivity-enhancing initiatives.Apply today for immediate consideration!
