The company focuses on precision manufacturing, continuous improvement, and delivering high performance solutions to its customers.Job DescriptionIn the Manufacturing Engineer role, you will be responsible for:Develop and improve manufacturing processes for cost, quality, and efficiencyLead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for production and equipment issuesSupport new product launches, including process planning and team trainingDesign and optimize tooling, fixtures, and equipmentConduct time studies, capacity analysis, and support capital planningDrive continuous improvement initiatives and visual management enhancementsCollaborate with cross functional teams to ensure process reliability and safety MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
